Introducing Kylie Gaviglio
We would like to welcome Kylie Gaviglio Aka KK
Kylie, aka KK is 44 years young and is married to fellow cyclist from Team Futuro, Jamie.
She’s proud parent to two children (Amy and Samuel) as well as furbaby, “Bug” the chihuahua. A qualified beauty therapist, she’s currently working in the retail environment.
Kylie has always been involved in various sports and has been cycling for 4 years, starting so that she could spend more time with her husband. She’s recently coming back to cycling after an 18 month sabbatical and is training hard.
Kylie reports that she loves the freedom that you feel when riding a bike and loves the social aspect of being in a team/club environment.
“I love the supportive environment of Splatt Lawyers Racing and love that they are supporting Masters racing. I’m in C grade and looking forward to racing in a team environment. My favourite event is road racing.”
Like all of the team, Kylie is a bit of a foodie, and her favourites combine the basics and the more eclectic – donuts and French Champagne
Kylie keeps her favourite quote tattooed on her wrist – “la vita e bella” meaning “life is beautiful”.
