About This Project
Ina is a licensed Electronics Engineer and Electronics Technician. However, she pursued her interest and career in the IT industry wherein she proactively worked as a Coupa Application Maintenance Support Specialist for a leading Travel Technology company with multiple live entities globally. Part of her responsibilities was to conduct impact analysis for Coupa Major Releases, resolve moderate to complex incidents which might include issues on the integration to SAP and configure enhancements based on client’s requirements.
She has been engaged on a Coupa Implementation Project focused for Functional aspects by a Telecommunication Infrastructure company with 13 entities around ASIA and has been responsible for implementing S2C, Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) module for their vendors and data migration activities.
Overall, Ina has around 4 years of experience in Coupa and has been certified for certain Coupa modules such as Coupa Platform, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Information Management (SIM)
